Question 1: Why does Vietnam have so many victims of Agent Orange?
Because during the war of aggression against Vietnam, from 1961 to 1971, the US military sprayed more than 80 million liters of herbicides, mostly Agent Orange/dioxin (the most toxic substance known to man) on 1/4 of the natural land area in Southern Vietnam, causing extremely serious consequences for the people and environment of Vietnam.
The ecosystem was destroyed; and because of exposure to Agent Orange, many generations of Vietnamese people became victims of Agent Orange, suffering physical and mental pain.
