Herbicides were typically stored at transshipment warehouses located at ports, storage depots, and central depots of the U.S.–Saigon military forces, classified by level. The main storage sites were military airfields such as Bien Hoa, Da Nang, Phu Cat, and Nha Trang. These major airfields served both as storage and loading points where herbicides were loaded onto aircraft for spraying, as well as places where aircraft were washed after spraying—particularly Bien Hoa, Da Nang, and Phu Cat airfields.

At present, there is no information confirming the presence of herbicides at the locations where they were previously stored. However, traces of these substances are still found in certain areas of the Bien Hoa, Da Nang, and Phu Cat airfields, and possibly at several other sites as well.
