“Volunteering is a bridge between the hearts of those who give and those who receive, contributing to spreading love and peace in the world.” – Desmond Tutu. This is one of the charity activities that President Daejong Kim and members of the Vietnam-Korea Cultural Exchange Center (VKCC) have been carrying out with the mission of "Let's join hands to relieve the suffering of Agent Orange/Dioxin". The Vietnam-Korea Cultural Exchange Center VKCC is very happy and joyful to spread the message of love and receive the warm love and help of foreign businessmen living and working in Vietnam. We are grateful for the hearts and support of those who help victims who are suffering from the aftereffects of the Vietnam War so that we can quickly achieve the goal set for the fund. We will join hands and help to reduce the difficulties in the lives of victims, relieve the pain and suffering of diseases, and help them live confidently and make society stronger.

According to Mr. Tay, the Chairman of the Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims in Cu Chi District, this school is the first compassion school in Vietnam for Agent Orange victims and children with congenital disabilities. This helps the children become friendly and respectful, less depressed, more confident, happier in life, and especially improve their health. In addition, the parents of the children can attend classes with their children to observe their children's learning process and share their parenting experiences.

After listening to the stories of Director Tran Ngoc Tho and the Chairman of the Cu Chi District Victims Association for Agent Orange/Dioxin, the Chairman of the Sacheon City Council from Korea said that he felt very sorry and heartbroken when he saw the Agent Orange victims and the children with congenital disabilities who had to struggle every day to cope with physical and mental pain. He said that he understood and sympathized because there were many victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Korea as well. Therefore, he hoped that we could cooperate and help Agent Orange victims gain more energy and confidence so that they can live positive lives.
