Ho Chi Minh City – The Korea-Vietnam CEO Golf Tournament, co-hosted by HOAVAVA and its partners, was successfully held on November 7th. The event pursued two main goals: strengthening business exchange and cooperation between Korean and Vietnamese CEOs, and raising funds for the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA).
Distinct from typical tournaments, the humanitarian significance of this event was clearly affirmed. Beyond expanding opportunities for business cooperation through the competition, many generous donors demonstrated their spirit of sharing by delivering meaningful contributions directly to VAVA at the venue.
Notably, the event gained prestige with the presence of Major General (Retired) Trần Ngọc Thổ, Former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin. General Thổ personally presided over the ceremony to award Letters of Appreciation and Commendation to individuals and groups who had made significant contributions. This action not only highly acknowledged the noble hearts of the donors but also further solidified the transparency and meaning of the charitable endeavors.
This activity served to express the deep gratitude of the organizers (HOAVAVA and partners), while simultaneously confirming the transparent receipt of the mobilized funds and their commitment to using the resources efficiently to support those in difficult circumstances.
The Korea-Vietnam CEO Golf Tournament proved that advancing economic cooperation can be successfully pursued in parallel with social responsibility, becoming clear evidence of the sustainable bond between the business communities of the two nations.
